The Honorable Ryan K. Zinke will take his place The United States congress
CHEYENNE, Wyo., November 22, 2022 /PRNewswire/ — U.S. Gold Corp. (“US Gold”, the “Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”) (NASDAQ: USAU), a gold exploration and development company, announced today the resignation of The Honorable Ryan K. Zinke from his Board of Directors (the “Board of Directors”) is effective December 31, 2022 (the “Effective Date”).
State Secretary Zinke won the election as representative Montana 1St congressional district and will take its seat in the U.S. House of Representatives when the 118thth United States Congress convenes January 2023. Minister Zinke previously served in Congress as a representative Montana in the general congressional district from 2015 to 2017 before serving as Secretary of the Interior from 2017 to 2019.

Secretary Zinke said he would divest his interest in US Gold as soon as possible and would no longer have any ongoing agreements or relationships with the company thereafter December 31, 2022.
