THAT ONE SEAT COULD MAKE A HUGE DIFFERENCE. A BOX OF PANDORA’S CHOICE ACT. QUESTIONS MAY BE OPENED AT THE MERRIMACK COUNTY SUPERIOR COURTHOUSE, BUT ATTORNEYS FOR REPRESENTATIVE REPRESENTATIVE LARRY GAGNÉ, SAY THIS NARRATIVE DISPUTE CASE COLLECTS INTO ONE CASE. WE SHOULD ALL FIRST CONSIDER DISCOVERING AND CONFIRMING OR AGREEING ON WHICH CANDIDATE GOT THE MOST VOTES. GAGNÉ WON ON ELECTION NIGHT BUT IN A RECOUNT LAST WEEK HE LOST BY ONLY ONE VOTE TO DEMOCRATIC CHALLENGER MAXINE MOSELEY. US Secretary of State DAVID SCANLAN SAYS A SUBSEQUENT AUDIT FOUND EVIDENCE OF A FAILURE IN AN ADMINISTRATOR’S EVALUATION. THIS INDICATES THAT NOT ALL VOTES WERE COUNTED. HE WANTS TO REOPEN THE COUNT BUT DEMOCRATS CLAIM HE HAS NO AUTHORITY FOR A DO OVER. THEY WANT TO KEEP COUNTING UNTIL THE REPUBLICANS WINS. BUT WE ARE ALL VOTES COUNTED. IT IS OUR BELIEF THAT ALL VOTES HAVE BEEN COUNTED. THERE IS SPECULATION THAT ALL VOTES WERE COUNTED. Well, it’s debatable. THE QUESTION OF COUNTLESS VOICES IS. AND THE PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE. THE TRUTH SHOULD BE KNOWN. WE DO NOT WANT TO DISRIGHTS VOTERS IN DISTRICT 16, AND WE DO NOT WANT TO LET A CLERICAL ERROR EQUAL ANYONE’S VOTE IN THIS ELECTION. DEMOCRATS, WHEN THIS NARRATIVE RESUMES, THERE WILL BE CALLS TO DO THE SAME FOR ANY FUTURE NEAR NARRATIVE. THEY CANNOT REOPEN RECOUNTS ONLY. THEY HAVE DECLARED A WINNER. REPUBLICANS LIVID SAY DEMOCRATS NOW DO WHAT THEY HAVE PICTURED FOR THE GOP FOR YEARS. THEY HAVE I NOW VOTER SUPPRESSION THAT I’VE SEEN IN THIS SUIT. FOR THE LAST TWO YEARS, THEY ARE CALLING REPUBLICANS DENIERS. AND HERE THEY ATTEMPT TO USE THE COURT SYSTEM TO DENY THE VOTERS OF WARD SIX THEIR ElectED REP. YOU KNOW IT’S AN OBVIOUS GUARDIAN ATTACK. IT IS REALLY SHAMELESS AND SHAMELESS.

A Supreme Court judge ruled on Tuesday that a recount of a New Hampshire State Representative seat in Manchester can proceed. The recount showed the Democratic challenger won by a vote, and Democrats said state law cannot reopen a recount once it is complete. But the judge said in the decision that “the greatest weight must be attributed to the full and lawful counting of the votes in determining the will of the people.” “It’s unclear if Democrats will appeal to the New Hampshire Supreme Court.
